The Hughes factory assembled wood dead end is complete with all hardware and braces necessary for field installation. The brace is 60'' span X 30'' drop (Hughes #2045-D45-9-11). Dimension ''C'' is 3'-7''. Shipped as one complete unit.

As a minimum these strengths should meet or exceed: 1) The maximum design tension of the wire times an overload capacity factor of 2.0; and 2) The wire tension at 60ºF, no ice times an overload capacity factor of 4.0. |
